Storm water management is a process of collection and/or directing water away from an undesirable location.  We may use underground water collection tanks, dry wells, pumps, water diverting techniques along with permeable pavements such as pervious pavers and pervious concrete.

Pervious Concrete:

Pervious Concrete allows water to pass right through the pavement making the entire slab a drain.   We install a collection layer of crushed stone below the pervious concrete to "hold" water until it naturally permeates into the native soil.  Icon Contracting has Certified Pervious Concrete Installers on staff to ensure your job is completed properly

Water collection chambers:

Pervious Pavers:

Pervious pavers are paving stones designed with gaps between the pavers that allow water to pass through the pavers surface down to the water collection area below.  The beauty and strength of pavers with the added advantage of water collection.
